The Protector ending summary + sequel information

Wow, I never thought I would have enough time, fortunately I did, we finished The Protector but all know Aiden can't stay away from action for the rest of his life so I went ahead and revealed that there will be a sequel. Now, the sequel has been revealed but that does not mean it is coming immediately, I went ahead and stated that it would be in 2018. The ending of The Protector wasn't action packed, I actually made the ending rather calm yet satisfying, we tied up loose ends. Aiden got answers to his questions and he realized everything happened to make the man he is known as, The Protector. The rage and sorrow Aiden felt from all of his dead loved ones eventually added and resulted in a more positive affect, he wanted to seal away all of the horrifying things a individual could experience, hence why he is called The Protector, not just because he saved lives but because he hides the suicidal worthy emotions away from the ponies. Aiden actually stated that the things that he has seen and felt would drive a pony mad and lead their mental sanity over the edge due to their minds not being able to comprehend it. Aiden is the only one that can be somewhat immune to these emotions since he's learned how to cope with them but that does not remove his fear of the emotions, he mentioned this when he was speaking to the interviewer about why he killed a lot of the criminals, he killed out of fear of them inflicting pain onto ponies if he were to let them live. Aiden eventually came to terms with his fear after seeing Discord have fear struck into him after seeing into Aiden's mind, like we said before, the emotions can lead ponies into insanity, Discord didn't go insane but he was close to it since he does live among the ponies, so of course his mental state should be similar. I hope this could answer any questions about the ending, the ending wasn't action packed because that would go against everything Aiden was trying to do, in the end all Aiden really wanted was an answer, after he got his answer his desire to protect died. This didn't make him stop protecting all together as he does state that he is now the founder of Protection Inc. which is a organization meant to hire and train those that want to become a protector, it is funded by Celestia and private business owners who want protection from any form of corruption. In the sequel you will see how this makes Aiden and his family very wealthy in the way they live. Also, you will see more of White Light in the sequel as he is like a son to Aiden since he taught White Light everything he knows.
