Is this thing on?

Thought I might try out this whole "blog" thing. Wanted a way to tell everypony that I plan to have the next chapter of BIONICLE: Toa of Harmony up THIS WEEKEND. Wanted to do it last weekend, but those pesky little things called Life and School decided to give me a research paper I had to do and a spotty internet connection. Taking a little longer to write this one as I'm trying to properly capture the character of *spoiler* white unicorn *spoiler* and the vernacular of *spoiler* orange pony *spoiler*. I'd hate to ruin the fic by misrepresenting anyone's favorite ponies.
On a completely unrelated note, can anypony tell me how I begin "watching" a person?

You see that black bar near the top with an author's name in it? (It could be your name, it could be someone else.) It appears when viewing a user's page or one of their stories. The rightmost button should say "Watch." Click it to watch that fellow.

See, for me that doesn't work, though. When I roll my mouse over the other buttons on that bar, it turns into the pointing finger, indicating that when I click on them, something will happen. And it does. But when I roll over the "Watch" button, it turns into the regular arrow, and clicking that button does nothing.
