I apologize for not responding to messages or comments of late. I have been busy. There might be a few questions on your mind so I will answer the question I assume will be the most pertinent.
Will I be writing more Pattycakes stories?
The answer is: without a doubt, yes. I assume the followup question would be when you all can expect a new entry in the series. I will say that I do have new Pattycakes story in the works but I am unsure when it will be finished since I have a couple of projects outside My Little Pony that I need to complete first. The new story will not be a true sequel or prequel but instead be a side story or "gaiden" for you Japanophiles out there. I do plan to make a Pattycakes 3 eventually and I do have some ideas for it.
One thing that I am undecided on however is the direction to take the stories as a whole. The original story was more of a shock fetish story where as 0 was purposefully made with a greater focus on infantilism rather than shock. Perhaps I should ask those who like my stories what they'd like to see more of. (I am hesitant to call you my "fans" since I don't consider myself a celebrity. I'm just a pegasus who wants to be everyone's mommy.)

Why not just make a side story for PattyCakes 2 with 2 chapter one where Scooaloo got regressed and the other where she did not i would love to see more of that
Well, it's good to know that you're planning on pumping out another story sometime soon. I have to ask though... What can we expect from Pattycakes 3? Which ponies will be involved?

I would put emphasis on the shock yes but i would also put an emphasis on how scootaloo would come into the world of infantalism and her reations to fluttershy's work which could also add shock and slight scaryness to the story
You can call us your fans, or your babies. Makes no difference. We're still going to read your creepy-tinged fetish fics with eagerness. At least I know I will, heck I hope to have some fanart for pattycakes done sometime.
Anyway, glad to hear you plan on expanding this little series. Side stories are great ways to fill in details, trim loose ends and just add some fun content to a larger overarching plot. Personally I enjoy both the shock inherent in the series as well as the genuine infantalism. I'd love to see more of the mind-screw headgames be played, a bit of psychological torment leading up to the softer, cute "baby" moments.
Also I've been incredibly eager to see how Scootaloo's behavior has changed ever since Pattycakes 2, as well as how she interacts with Dash now. I really anticipate a return to Fluttershy's cottage following those events.

As someone who's really big into this particular scene, I'd want more of a focus on the infantilist goodness. I do enjoy your writing style.
