Well, it may be two days late, but I figured I'd raise a drink anyway to a whole year at FiMFic. Looking back, I realise I haven't accomplished nearly as much as I would like. Two unfinished fics that haven't been updated in a while and several other non-fic projects keep staring me in the face asking with tears in their eyes, "When are you going to get back to us?" But it's not all bad. I just finished a six-page essay on the brony phenomenon, so hopefully that might ease the pain. As it is, I've nearly finished Chapter 2 of Polestar and will try to set a regular schedule for myself. Now that I've reached the halfway point of this university semester, things are looking easier. I'm making progress (small as it may be) on Chapter 5 of Paintball and I'm expanding on the script and music for Quasi. It's my goal to finish both fics before the year is out so I can shift my focus entirely to musical works and new fics. Any ideas for incentives? I remember promising myself not to eat a single cupcake until C:TM was finished, so I might do something similar. No Skittles, maybe? I bucking love those. Anywho, here's a picture of Berry Punch swinging on a pole, because I need to work on Polestar and I need to get drunk (not that I actually will. I'll probably save that for a birthday or something).
