shhhhhhhhhhhh just breaking the site again don't mind me

very, very, very experimental fic continues its slow progress as the deadline for bicyclette's sci-fi contest draws near. these chapters are about on-par with what if in terms of length, but oh boy have they been an interesting experience to write.

hey hey btw i've got a (couple of) public minecraft server(s)!

yeah so anyway here is my webbed site lol. there's an MC Classic server for building whatever, and an MC Beta 1.7.3 server for playing survival. I might eventually also put up a modern vanilla server as well, though given how I'm hosting a bunch of servers already for friends and a couple of discord servers, idk if the little slab of a PC I'm using to host 'em all would be able to manage lol.

summer break is almost here :V

basically got one week left lol. got an experimental fic in the works that's a sort-of direct sequel picking off right where Splintershard ended. no prior reading is necessary.

MAN it's been a while since I've toyed with writing styles.

Just like before, these are getting more and more uncommon as I'm finding myself breaking up my day into separate blogs. Either way, let's just get on with in. :P

Random Fact: The iPhone X, according to CNet and a couple other sources, may suffer from screen burn-in like Google's Pixel 2 line does, meaning that images may become "burned in" on the screen and leave a residual image even as a new frame is loaded. This is reminiscent of older CRT monitors that often suffered from similar issues, hence the creation of screensavers-- they saved the screen from burn-in.

Welp. iPhone X users might wanna look into some screensaver apps or whatever. Idunno. I've got a Galaxy S5 that's starting to show its age after buying it used.

CELESTIA WANTS TO CONSUME FRY FRY CHICKY CHICKEN.

Hoo boy, there'd be so many twists revealed in the Lab Horse series' plot if I posted a screenie of the idea list on my phone and the story timeline on my computer.

Yes, I collect my ideas on my phone and order them into a storyline on my computer. It's just convenient and it's good use for an otherwise unused note-taking app that came with my phone.

It's amazing what a 300MHz Pentium 2 can do when you max out the RAM.

At an amazing 144p, I have successfully (and smoothly!) played "Lullaby for a Princess" on mid-to-late 90's hardware!

I'm still waiting for my laptop's CPU upgrade to arrive in the mail. I already got the new battery and now the battery life went from a measly ~30 minutes to over four freakin' hours. At least, when I'm not playing video. If I'm watching videos that gets halved down to around 2 hours.
