I think I might've beat a personal record. Maybe.

Wrote >2000 words today within the equivalent of an hour or so in preparation for the crazy story collision between Shattered Rainbow and Equstrian Human.

~800 words for Shattered Rainbow,

~1400 words for Equestrian Human.

Why? First of all, a large bulk of the word count consists of dialogue, while the rest in Shattered Rainbow is meant for setting up the scene for the next bit of aforementioned dialogue.

Now, as for Equestrian Human's yet-to-be-finished side? While the dialogue is directly from Shattered Rainbow's chapter, the two chapters are basically the same scene from different perspectives, and combined with Gadget's mild neuroticism and internal rambling, the Equestrian Human side of the chapter pair instead consists mostly of Gadget's thoughts and reactions to the dialogue, as well as a bit of mental wandering.

Either way, I wrote both chapters in a little over an hour combined, and I'll probably be finishing and polishing the two for upload by tomorrow.
