In my previous blog post I stated I wanted to get out a chapter every day for The Guide. However ever, something happened that I didn’t plan for. I got an editor.
Now, having an editor means that The Guide is at least 107% better than it was. I also means that when my editor is swamped by homework, less editing happens.
I am still trying to write at least 1000 words of fic every day, it just may take longer to be published than it used too as time goes on.
I will not leave this fic abandoned however, so I am using this time to make a backlog of work. In the mean time, I should hopefully be able to post a few chapters in the next few days.
It just goes to show that life, like a good plot, can come out of nowhere and slap you in the face.
