Long(er than intended) hiatus = more story changes/updates!

I completely forgot about my story earlier in the year, so I'm sorry to anyone who was following The Wrath of Tirek. But since then, about a month ago, I've made some changes and updates that I thought the story sorely needed and deserved. First, I changed the perspective from third-person to first-person. I'm a fan of inner thoughts, and I also found that I write a bit better when I feel like I'm looking through the eyes of the character, i.e. Twilight.

I also am in the middle of the third chapter, which will have a bit more action this time around. Nothing against guns, violence and explosions, but I like it when there is a good amount of atmosphere set in a story before the big shoot-em-up parts, unless of course the only purpose of the story is for that very thing. *cough cough* John Wick *cough* (LOVED that movie BTW)

I'm taking this story as an opportunity to explore the world that I've cobbled and stitched together, which also happens to be another delay. I've been spending this last week or so fleshing a few more details out about the world, trying to get the world-building done before I'm on the writing page and making things up as I go.

One other thing is that I recommend going back and re-reading the first two parts of the story, as I've, A.) changed the perspective, and B.) added a few things in the process to help flesh things out.
