I have loads of fic ideas but I've mainly moved away from the MLP fandom and I've noticed there are barely any MLP writing prompts online, so here we go!
No rules. Anyone can use these, feel free to change details, no need to credit me.
#1: Sunset Shimmer has turned over a new leaf, and is now friends with the Mane 6. Sure, they're a little insensitive at times, they haven't asked her to join the band, they seem to be avoiding her and they haven't told any of the people that haven't forgiven her to lay off, but they're still friends, right? Yet late at night, Sunset stays up, wondering what she has to do to earn their friendship- and whether she wants to be friends with people who treat her like that in the first place.
#2: Elaborating on #1, an AU where Sunset loses it and decides, for better or worse, that she WON'T let them keep mistreating her.
#3: An AU where Sunset doesn't trip and wake Twilight up, and nopony realizes that her crown is a fake until it's too late.
#4: (Before Crusaders of the Lost Mark) One of the CMC takes Diamond Tiara's bullying to heart. With the other two home sick, Diamond must convince the filly not to commit suicide.
#5: An AU on Hearts and Hooves Day, where Big Mac ends up getting Cheerilee pregnant
Is #2 sort of what you are currently working on?

Yeah, sort of. I was intending for the wording of #2 to be vague enough that the writer could do whatever they want with it- 'loses it and decides, for better or worse, that she WON'T let them keep mistreating her' could be interpreted as suicide, but it could also be going back to her old bully ways, or yelling at the HuMane 5, or trying to get back to Equestria.
