me checking the dislike ratio on my new story

Glad to know bigotry is still alive and well in this fandom.

It's glad to see some of us didn't watch the same series as I did.

    So where I've been

Okay, uh... how do I begin this? Well, I suppose I should start with the obvious. Yes, I've been distracted. If you follow me on Archive that should be obvious. And if you don't, you totally should btw. Yes, I'm shameless.

Been a hell of a ride, honestly. I just apologize for dragging it on for so long.

New story up · 4:48pm Aug 24th, 2017

Okay, as a few of you may have already noticed, I've posted a new story that allows me to take my first steps... (Or wingbeats as it were) into the world of Fallout: Equestria fanfiction as hinted in my last blog post a while back. I really must thank RuinQueen and her brilliant story Survivor's Guilt along with Kkat's original masterwork and Mimezinga's story "Pink Eyes" for turning me on to this fandom (Oh... bad choice of words there...:twilightsheepish::facehoof:). Anyways, the story's called "I Walk the Firing Line", or IWTFL for short. If you do want to check it out, should tell you that you will have to turn your filters off to see it, as it is rated M for fairly obvious reasons. Anyways, here's the description if you're interested on my take on this world.

Riptalon Hawkwind, the infamous mercenary for hire known as the "Blackhawk". Tied down to no faction in the Wasteland, he's the sort you would only want by your side if you have enough caps to pay him with. Trouble is, past has a way of catching up to you. And that's not counting the Trottingham-borne pegasus with the missing memories he's somehow managed to run into. And then there's the war with the Grand Pegasus Enclave and this mysterious stallion in black stalking them. Time's running out for those who haven't picked a side, and Riptalon may very well be forced to pick his...

So, intrigued?

I saw it, but didn't read, cause I haven't read Kkat's work (should really start reading it at some point though) and I don't want to start a story coming out of another without knowing the initial settings.

Besides I'm already reading another Fallout-EQG crossover without connexion to Kkat's and don't want mixing both stories.
