So I got the job and other things · 6:11am Oct 10th, 2012
So it's pretty much a done deal that I got the job. Just not sure when I'll be starting work. It's a minimum wage part time position but at the moment that's all I really need. Maybe in a couple of months I'll think about working full-time which I think would be a good idea since that's about the time I'll move out of my parent's house and look for my own cheap apartment.
Oh I almost forgot, I was totally in a car accident yesterday. We hit a slick spot turning onto the off-ramp of the highway and did a bit a swerve, collided with the gaurd rail and did a bit of a turn about. It wasn't too bad of a wreck and no one got hurt but we did have to stand out in the pouring rain for a little more than two hours. Now mind, it was only about 50 degrees out at the time. Anyhow, AAA got called and the guy they sent eventually arrived and got the blown tire off and the spare tire on. But, the spare tire was leaking air so we had to go drive over to a tire shop and get it resealed. So that was an adventure.
Also over the course of when I was gone I got friend-zoned but I'm not gonna get into that cuz I don't want to. And what else happened . . . oh! I've been getting into cigar and hookah smoking. Though to be honest I've been into these things since May perhaps but since I've turned 18 I've been able to get more into it. So that's good times. And let me explain to you all something amazing that happened several nights ago. Hookah is normally a social activity done in groups of 2-3 people, however this past Saturday night I decided to be a total hard-ass and smoke it by myself. Let me explain the effects of this for a second. After maybe 15 minutes or so, I was rendered incapable of movement, I could hardly type and was making frequent severe typos, I felt as though I were literally floating and my body started vibrating and I could start to feel my blood pumping through everywhere. It was such a crazy experience. Also, hookah is solely for tobacco smoking purposes just in case anyone was wondering.
So I think that's a bit it. The new chapter is almost finished I swear.
