So, the last chapter got a little heavy there at the end, right?
Ifigure that in order to create a more believeable bond between Sunset and Luna, that there must be common ground. Not to mention that a little bit of depth to our ladies never hurts.
That being said, there are going to be some deep explorations into the mental health side of things - this is a romance fic after all - and Ithink that people who are a little bit broken inside tend to love harder and hotter. They burn brighter because they need to compensate.
Now, before anyone gets up in arms about mental health issues - Ispeak only from my own personal experience, and that is where I write from on that particular subject. Everyone who suffers from mental health issues has different things - I present only one point of view, based on my own journey.
Now, the next chapter is shaping up to be quite interesting. My deadline is to have chapters posted on Fridays, and to do one per week minimum. We still have a couple more chapters of world-building before we get into the real meat of things - plot-wise it will be a slow burn the next couple of chapters, but following that things will take off just a bit.
Buckle up, this is going to be fun!
You can tell an author who writes from experience, an author who's lived through what they write. It shows and it adds depth and believability to the story.

Agreed. And for this, I don't want to shy away from that reality - I want to take a good look at it, and how it could really build or break in a relationship - especially between two people who are both a little bit broken in different ways. I do have some plans for Sunset as well, but those are going to come up a bit later as things develop more.
