Castlevania

It was pretty good. Unfortunately, it really didn't feel like a complete season of anything at all. It's only 4 twenty-five minute episodes, and that's incredibly disappointing. That said, the voice work, animation, and writing are all very solid, and it doesn't require a pre-existing working knowledge of the games to enjoy. If you're bored, check it out on Netflix.

Apropos of none of that, I am working on a thing. I got sidetracked by a sick friend these last few weeks, but she's doing better so I can probably start concentrating again. Also I bought a ton of spiffy clothes for work, so that's cool. I have my first ever pair of nice, adult dress shoes. Dressing well still feels like lying, a little bit, but more rarely these days. I'm grateful to the person who always believed a schlub like me could look classy.
