Sorry for the silence (The ReSilencing)

Yadda yadda yadda, you know the preamble for this (sorry for going incommunicado).

Basically, life got in the way of my writing and I fell into a slump for about a month and a half. I've been DMing a D&D campaign for my buds and that's taken some creative juice out of me, but for the most part it's come down to hitting a brick wall in the narrative. Thankfully for both you and me, I just hammered out another 1,000 words for Ch. 8 and have mounted the wall that was blocking my progress; it was a problem of having two scenes I wanted to show and trying to find a satisfying way to connect them (and failing miserably for about two months).

So, that being said, Ch. 8 of Alicornae should be coming down the pipeline in the next few days and then we'll get back onto a better schedule until around mid-August when A) College starts back up, and B) I'm going out to Nebraska to see the solar eclipse coming across the US.

Thanks again for all the patience and well-wishes during these times of ennui and malaise, and here's to more writing!

EDIT: Also, I do have some ideas for more Adventures of Fun Photos, so for everyone who enjoyed that you'll have stuff to look forward to as well!
