The Coming Firestorm: The More Detailed Announcement

Joker here. Just thought I'd drop in and talk about my plans for my Firestorm project. First off, I scaled back the project's M rating to a Teen rating because the combination of the title, the Sex tag, and the M rating might cause people's heads to go to the gutter. I'll let you connect the dots on that one. Although, I will say that Sunset Shimmer will still need fireproof langerie and a lot of aloe vera.

Anyways, moving along, I plan to have an OC named Rex Edwards, who's a teenager who's something akin to Sunset Shimmer himself, gain the powers of Firestorm after he buys a replica of the Matrix at a Comic Con-oh Shit!

Whoa, whoa, whoa, easy, peeps! Easy! I haven't told you my twist that just so happens to tie into the actual origin story of Firestorm! You see, somebody doesn't like the Displacer who tries to Displace our guy here, so he sabotages the enchanted Matrix, causing both the Displacer and Displace-ee to merge together, causing both of them to get sent to the Equestria Girls universe. Or a bizzaro version of it anyway, as Shining Armor is in fact one of the "bad guys," being a high-ranking soldier in the army and all. Seriously, though, why the Hell hasn't the Army shown up to investigate the magical shennanigans going on at Canterlot High? Sunset Satan ALONE should've had tanks rolling up on the campus. Hell, make for a halfway decent crossover between two Hasbro franchises. Point is, the Army shows up in this universe, causing more problems for our heroes. Also, the guy who caused this version of Firestorm to come in existance is sending DC villains after him, with the promise of that if they kill Firestorm, they can go home to the families they lost.

So, that's the grand scheme of things. Should be fun, right?
