9. Currency
The common currency is called bits. They are golden coins with Celestia’s cutie mark on one side and the value on the other.
There are different value to them. Most common are those that are in gold.
Gold bit = value 1/5 (the 5 value ones are those that are dated when Luna and Celestia before the Nightmare Moon incident, so those bit coins have Celestia’s and Luna’s cutie marks on them.)
Silver bit = value 10 (Luna cutie mark)
Platinum = value 100 (Both princess cutie mark)
Diamond = value 200/500/1000 (platinum coin with rare a diamond imbedded in them, the diamond act as showing the value. White = 200 Red = 500 purple = 1000)
*Note*
Silver has more value because it is harder to find that in Equestria. Gems and gold is common as dirt, so is bronze, and steel and iron. But silver, aluminium, platinum and diamonds are rarer to come by.
*Another note*
When the awaken of the Crystal Empire and Princess Cadance. Some new coins have started to get printed and made with her cutie mark.
