Wow, I haven't been on here in over a year. I totally forgot I had this honestly XD I was trying to find some place to continue reading (Since the audiobook stops early) FE: Heros and the link took me here.
So, I know I don't have many people following my Equestria Broken story and that's fine. I write it for myself anyways but I do always love criticism. It helps me improve myself and even if I don't get any I try my best for me. I am almost finished with chapter 4 actually. I haven't been working on it in a long time because I've been fleshing out the universe for it more instead. Making factions, who hates who, what events I want to happen, etc. Before I just had a general idea for a story with no real ending (The way MOST of my stories are though I know what I want to happen, I have no idea what happens between event A and event B and no closure to it). Now, I have a large world, Equestria's politics and laws in place for each town. A reason for certain things to have happened. And instead of just a mini adventure to find somepony (Which was my original plan ^^; ), There is an actual plot that involves the King, Discord and a faction now known as the Regent Horseman. No, they are not part of the rebels but a small side group and you will learn about them later. The story will also involve a certain special artifact from the show~
Chapter 4 is currently at 34 pages and counting. It's coming to a closure soon so I will do my edits, spelling and grammar error corrections then send it to my siblings to see if they find any other errors I missed (Which they usually do). I'm pretty proud this chapter is so much longer than my others because my original goal for each chapter was at least 9 pages and so far, I've more than tripled that :) Progress is a little slow-going but it is going. I bought myself a tablet and a bluetooth keyboard so I can work on it at work during my breaks which is how I've gotten this far from my 12 pages it was paused at so long ago. I've only been recently working on it (As in the past month), so hopefully I can get the later chapters done as well instead of just dropping it like a brick as I had before.
With all that said, I have some stuff to get done today before I have to go to work, I will be back soon with the next chapter. I'm sorry for my absence and I will try to do better.
