That rope-ringer is very unlikely to work. Or reduce labor, for that matter. IT might make things easier by allowing pre-melt work, then waking all at once, though, avoiding idleness while other jobs are blocking…good organization note.
Where'd Mayor get fresh apples? There already appear to be red apples in the background on the trees, too. That's damn-fast growing.

This one? That’s not a slope, the trees are also tilted. It’s a dutch angle.

Dutch angle? Likely story…doylist. She is nonetheless at the top of a cliff/overlook immediately after. The precise angle is a side-note; the important part there was that she went to the pram-launch-ramp or the top of one side of the dam or the sculpture-stone-slide-delivery-path or the Cutie Mark Hangliding Barren Cliff or the Cloudsdale Express Delivery Slingshot cliff…damn, there are a lot of Ponyville Heights that just seem not to work together. (Actually, I don't think the geometry of this one could fit any but the pram-launcher).

No, not a ritual…somehow AJ's apple-bucking never accrued cruft like pig-feeding. I suppose it is the highest-repetition task on the farm.
