Hey guys. Been a while. I'm not even gonna bother apologizing this time or anything. Just assume it's implied. Honestly I've stopped caring all that much. If I write, I write. If I don't, I don't. And that's okay. Some of you may be wondering why I'm even writing this blog if that's the case. Well honestly so am I. Not sure where this is supposed to go but I figured I should drop some kinda update. Believe it or not I am still active, even if it's not on here. I have tens of thousands of words written that just haven't been published for one reason or another. I have a few things that I could publish but I don't want to until they're finished. maybe they won't be finished though.
Anyway, quick update. The real world sucks. I have two new kittens. They are adorable and annoying as all hell when I'm trying to sleep. My furnace died the other day. No heat for a couple days. Dunno how much to fix but we need to get a new one anyway before next winter. Gonna set us back 3-5K. That sucks since we can barely afford a couple hundred to fix it just for now. Actually we technically can't afford it because it'll be going on credit anyway. Take a while to pay that one off... Oh and my other cat needs to go to the vet now. Something on her chin and her mouth seems sore. Could have just whacked herself on something chasing the kittens. Maybe not. Taking her in soon to be safe.
I upgraded my computer to a GTX 1070. Saving up for an HTC Vive next. Is gonna be fun. Walmart's still a sucky place to work but eh, they're increasing my hours, there's been a change in management, and it keeps me busy.
All in all... life is okay, I suppose. A lot of shitty stuff has piled up at the same time but... well, we'll deal with it. We always have. We always will. And if not and everything comes crashing down I have a friend in america who I'm sure would be more than happy to take me (You know who you are).
Life is shitty. But it's all about how you take it. The racist cheeto currently running the US is concerning, yes, but hey, it's fun to make fun of the screaming cantaloupe, isn't it? Sure, I may have no heat in my house but now I can really enjoy my fireplace. These things are shitty, but I take them in stride and keep moving forward. There isn't always a bright side but there is always a sky beyond the clouds.
And so I turn it over to you, my dearest readers. Those that are left, at least. I may not be writing too much anymore, but take it in stride and move forward. Your lives, too, may at times be hard or stressful or saddening. So, together, we move on. We move forward. We go together into the future.
