Jesse Goes To The Hell Hole: Stefan Molyneux missed Beauty and the Beast, but did a review on it for the lulz · 5:54pm Mar 26th, 2017

I'm living in a
hell hole!
Don't want to stay in this
hell hole!
Don't want to die in this
hell hole!
Girl, get me out of this
hell hole!

- Spinal Tap

I'm stuck in it anyway because someone by the name of Stefan Molyneux, a Libertarian if-you-will, did a review of the new live-action remake of Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. It appears to have come from this
hell hole!

I have only seen bits and pieces of the 1991 cartoon version and have never seen the live-action counterpart at all. That being said, I know a HELL of a lot more about this film than Mr. Molyneux does.

He's good looking, he's clean-shaven, he's got long hair. When she has destroyed his masculinity for the sake of her vanity, why then she can love him and he becomes a woman.

The fuck are you talking about? For all I know, Belle is a really nice lady, she isn't vain to anyone and falls in love with him because of his personality and . . . mind replacing "woman" with "human" Mr. Stefan? Y'know, Nightmare Fuel did make the point of the shoulder chip Mr. Molyneux has where an anti-woman agenda arises and look where it's being used on.

she said "Would you mind growing a beard?" And he - - - gives her a growl, like the Beast.

. . . which shows that she has fallen in love with him and knows that EVERYTHING is going to be OK (in the cartoon) . . . where the hell does THAT feed into her vanity/need to control men?

So she gets everything she wants. She breaks him, she turns him into a non-threatening woman, and then she's dissatisfied at her lack of masculinity.

NO! The beast wants to become a human again but is only a beast because he has a curse, which Belle didn't even lay to begin with. He wants a woman to fall in love with him so he can become a human again. The person who she loves is the BEAST rather than the MAN. The latter isn't even known to her until the film's over. Plus: masculinity = monster? She missed elements of his beast side because it's THAT with whom she fell in love.

[. . .] also known as Europe.

Mr. Molyneux, because of what you just capped off your review of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST with, I give you four simple words.

And now, it's time I, for now, left this
hell hole!
