Rarity usually trends as my favorite of the Mane 6 ponies for various reasons, but I like to headcanon her as secretly being a super-good fighter who would just laugh at Rainbow Dash and her black belt in karate.
I stumbled across this parody/crossover video a few years ago. Disappointingly, the original video maker made it a private Youtube link for whatever reason, but it's still up. If you want to envision Rarity fighting a giant crab, just think of her being as awesome as she is here.
Honestly, a mare who threatens to dismember dragons has to be at least a 10 on the Badass-o-Meter.
She fights giant crabs, you know.

In all seriousness, though, in the Power Ponies episode, it was Rarity that used her powers the best, and I think she was the only one who didn't have any trouble with them.
