I am working on four manuscripts which I intend to get published at some point this year. I am doing a lot of research for each one and honestly it is kind of hurting my brain. But I feel like I need to be accurate about the things I write about so I put a lot of studying and effort into everything I write.

One manuscript has some naughty parts though because it is (sort of) a romance. It's kind of hard to explain. I never directly write romantic scenarios. I actually kind of hate romance as a genre. I prefer to write stories about friendships between characters. This particular manuscript is also about a friendship but it has some intense romantic parts in it because of some spells and other goings on. Well you would have to read it to know what I mean.

Anyway, I have a lot of confidence in these manuscripts because I love the characters. They are all comedic in their own way as I enjoy writing comedy as a genre. I usually write fantasy, science fiction, horror, comedy, adventure, or action stories. But the genres usually all blend together. I put comedy in any genre I write whenever I can.

These manuscripts are what you might consider to be slice of life, fantasy, adventure, and comedy stories (all rolled into one). Somehow I ended up making a character I didn't expect I would ever write about. I wonder if my readers will like that character too?

Well anyway, that's the update I have for now. And because I got distracted by writing these manuscripts I totally abandoned all progress I was making towards being social/ overcoming my fears of leaving the house. But perhaps I will work more towards this goal one day. For now I want to focus on getting these stories written so I can be the next famous writer. Or something. Hey. I can have my dreams.
