I'm back.
Ok, I was never truly gone. I've been here almost every day reading other peoples' stories. BUT, I have finally started writing again.
Yes, I now have a setup where I feel comfortable writing again. Instead of a tablet I have... well, it's still a tablet, but it has a nice physical keyboard that isn't a hassle to connect to.
Now, for the bad news.
I am currently not continuing Angels or Hired Gun. No, I have not found my muse. Instead I ran into her perverted older sister.
Yes, I am joining the dark side and writing... a clopfic.
I know I know, you're all disappointed, but this idea has been buzzing around in my head and I had to type it out. I'm currently 2500 words in and still going strong. Honestly, this isn't the first time I'd started writing clop, but the last one didn't even make it to the good bits before being scrapped. This one, I think, has some staying power. It's not too extreme, but it's definitely not vanilla.
expect it to include: a human with anthro ponies, nudist Equestria (but not hyper-sexualized), transformation (this is where we bid vanilla bye bye),TG/futa (yes, I'm going there), and comedy (imagine if Ranma 1/2 was a one-way trip, if you know what I mean).
The first chapter is mostly is mostly going to be setting up the... well, setting, with a bit of actual clop near the end. I'm hoping to focus more on the fomedy with this story, but we'll see what happens.
BONUS FIC IDEAS!
I've actually had a few fif ideas that I've never worked on. Here's a few of them.
Soldier of the Wasteland: Luna transported to the Capital Wasteland where she meets the Lone Wanderer. Takes place after Broken Steel
Morrowind: Exactly what it says on the tin, only with Twilight Sparkle as the Nerevarine and Equestria is part of the Elder Scrolls world
Changeling with a Twist: started as a writing prompt actually. Guy with terminal cancer gets transported to the Canterlot Wedding as a changeling and completely befuddles everyone involved. Hillarity ensues.
Hu that Morrowind crossover sounds really cool.
But it is your song and dance and I'm sure anything you craft will be interesting!
You mentioned your two more well known series, but I'm more interested in your Transformers crossover series, which I argue is one of the best on the site?

Ah yes... THAT fic
To be perfectly honest I'm kinda embarrassed by that one. Not that I think it's bad, per se, but I just made so many mistakes, for crying out loud. I rushed it out after the Season 2 finale without any real plan, I forced the main character and Teilight into a romantic relationship, hell, I even turned him into a red and black alicorn, for Christ's sake!
I do want to finish it at some point, but right now it's not even on my radar.
Writing is better than not writing.
You lost me on the clop fic at the anthro tag, but if that's what gets your creative juices flowing again, I wish you luck and it's good to see you back in the swing of writing again.

Well, that's better than nothing even if I'm not going to read it out of a general aversion to anthro. The concept does sound like it might have potential for a real story so I'd probably have given it a cautious try otherwise since I'm not opposed to sex in stories if it has a purpose, but so long as you execute it well I'm sure others will be happy with it.
That said, Changeling with a Twist does sound like it could be good so long as you ignore the recent changeling stupidity so I'd probably read that if you wrote it, although I'm drifting away from this site in general thanks to my new gaming PC so I can't guarantee anything at this point.

On one hand I'm sad that you aren't contiuing with Angel (at least not right now), but on the other hand there's porn! I'm so conflicted!
In any case I'm waiting eagerly for your future stories, hope you eventually write that Morrowind fic as it sounds awesome and I'm a huge TES fan.
