So my job is being full retarded · 10:25pm Jan 20th, 2017
Like two days ago, I clocked in at 10:50 P.m. (the time I'm supposed to be there by) and I get some whole spiel with a few other people from the Department Manager about how being late is bad and youll miss the team lead meeting which is at the start of the shift(which I didn't!) And that ended up leaving me in a ' I wouldn't piss on this building if it was on fire' mood all night
And then yesterday, they wanted me to sign a bloody write-up alongaide those other people and I said 'no, I ain't signing that. I did nothing wrong'
and so now I apparently have to have a talk with him because I won't sign a paper saying I did something wrong when I bloody DIDN'T! And how apparently being exactly on time is now being late
when the people on the first shift literally line up by the clock-in machine and wait till 6:50 am to clock in
I'm literally there every frakking weekend they ask me to be there and I have only been honest to god late (more than like 5 minutes later) ONCE! in the last 14 months I've worked there.....

Sounds to me as if you're got two potential reasons. At least, two you might wish to keep in mind.
A,) Dick with a clock that's not working right of the 'I'm never, ever, ever wrong!' variety. Take care in that case. They tend to hold a grudge.
B,) You've been too good at your job, and are about to get some sort of bonus some dick of a middle-manager is searching high and low for reasons not to give you. Take really good care in that case. A place with that sort of toxic work-place culture very seldom tries to cheat you only once.
So... Yeah. Good luck, and I frankly hope I'm wrong and that it was just somebody having a bad day.
