Lets talk about me... · 9:46am Jan 17th, 2017
Considering how long I've been around... Well, not all that long, at least with this name, its surprising that I haven't posted any blogs yet, especially an intro, so lets fix that. I suppose its because I first arrived looking for My Little Porny •snicker• stories, and its not until recently that I've broadened what I'm looking for here. These days I'm looking at anything interesting, heck I stayed up way late today enjoying a ton of great stories today. Plus I've expanded my proofreading work to here as well...
Hmmm, Ok, we're getting ahead of ourselves, and prolly darting all over the place, so lets see ifn we can start at the beginning and be organized here, something that's a lot easier with the ability to go back and edit things.
Ok, lets start with RL where I'm just your average ace white male. Well, that's not entirely accurate I suppose. Lets see, I am ace (asexual) but I'm married to a quite wonderful man. I've been diagnosed as bipolar high which means I'm always wound up, my volume is turned up to 11 all the time, or at least near to it. I also show signs of suffering from general anxiety disorder with sensory overload. Good news is that despite not currently being treated for this, something that should start changing in a week, I've been relatively stable ifn still hiding from the world when I'm not at work at WalMart (third shift stocker).
My main character, my OP (online persona) if you will is heavily modeled after me, a delivery pony (I've twenty years working in transportation) who just wants to help people. RL that takes the form of doing simple honest work, online that takes the form of proofreading stories for author's who's stories I love and whom I admire. This started at Stories Online with one author and grew to four (or was it five?), though at this point only two of them are active. As of a week or so ago, I've added at least one author here, possibly two more, and have become a back up for a fourth.
I swear, if I keep this up, I'm going to have to find a way to monetize it. Seriously, I work 4 days a week and am allowed to set my own hours to a degree so I typically hit around 36 hours or so per week. I also when I can get motivated write stories too, mostly porn these days, often short stuff, the only two pony things are too short for here, one story, one poem, both of which can be found on my Tumblr though I'll admit I haven't made them easy to find since I haven't hot linked them.
Speaking of stories/writings, I have a couple things in mind ifn I can get motivated to write them down. Yes, write, first draft is done long hand using pen and paper, I even have a notebook specifically for the purpose these days. In mind is a series of blog entries on Fall of Equestria covering my thoughts on the series and more important, how to make it better. The other will be a non-canon post-FoE story reuniting the Apple family.
Well, this entry is long enough, and we've only covered the man behind the curtain. So, I suppose after a short break, we'll cover the characters on stage and a character element that's available to anyone what wants to use it.
