So, wanna know what's in store for next year's projects? · 6:20pm Nov 26th, 2016
Well, the end of the year is approaching fast, and despite me still having quite a few projects as works-in-progress right now, and another one shot on the way for this Christmas, I just want to give you some more sneak previews as to what I have cooking up in my brain.
Well, that first GIF should give you a clue as to one of the main themes of the first project, called "Aftermath". It deals with the long argued aftermath of "A Canterlot Wedding Part 1" (You know the scene) and it's second part as well. Basically, Twilight's ended up in a coma thanks to Queen Chrysalis's poison and Princess Celestia begins to lose herself in her grief, even going to local bars and going on binge drinking sprees, thinking she's not worthy of her crown, all the while Twilight's friends and Spike, deal with their guilt for abandoning her when they needed her the most, and Shining Armor must deal with the after affects of Queen Chrysalis's brainwashing and mental and physical rape of him while under her control. Expect cameos of Queen Chrysalis, that one Changeling from Slice of Life and Thorax, sorry KING Thorax as well.
Yeah, again, another drama/sad fic. This one, called "Poison Whiskey" (If you're a Southern Rock fan, you should get the reference) deals with Rainbow Dash, who gave away Scootaloo to an adoptive family after giving birth to her when she was just a teenager in fear of turning out like her father, who was drunken and abusive to her as a filly. But when Rainbow Dash finds out the cycle is repeating in Scootaloo's own home, she along with her marefriend Fluttershy decides to take her in, all the while with Rainbow dealing with her own inner demons.

Honestly, not really fan of the themes presented, especially that Canterlot wedding of yours.
I'll give Poison Whiskey a try, but the Canterlot wedding, I'll pass.
Both of them seem like good story ideas. Poison Whiskey seems interesting.
4318096 Yeah, I was expecting someone not like the Canterlot Wedding one (So overdone by this point. Hell, don't even like most of 'em myself as most seem to be just revenge fics against the ponies involved, but this idea just came to me this morning and it wouldn't leave my head.)
4318105 Yeah, that's the one I'm most excited for, just because I absolutely LOVE Scootadopt, or in this case Scootafamily stories.
