Cool but not surprising seeing how previous generations had the previous gen final evos found in the wild when the only way to get them before was evolving in their respective debut gens. Still a level 10 final evo is interesting to say the least. Be honest everyone, how many of you are gonna grind the Tartarus out of Route 3 for it and go YOLO on every trainer out there with a freakin dragon type that early on?
