So, the climax of The Bridle Path is done. I think I did at least a decent job with it. At least no one said they out and out hated it. Raarg's death had me choked up for a couple of days. I put that poor son of a bitch through hell. I ended the climax section with both Twilight and Rarity having succumbed to their separate bridles and now being direct slaves of Luna. Twilight, because she knew Luna was a better option than Sombra and Rarity because Raarg passed ownership to someone that was not a diamond dog.
And, because this is MLP I will be writing a restoration of the pair of them into the epilogue, which will be written at least partially this weekend. It just feels like the right thing to do. That is not to say that there won't be long term effects. I've decided that more stories will come from that universe. There will be a lot unanswered what-ifs and lot of concepts to explore. But not immediately. Other projects await their turn first.
I also, really wanted to recommend a story I read some time ago but that has popped itself back into the Popular section.
"WHITE" by Crimmar. This is one of the best dark horror stories I've read on FiMFiction. The ending has Luna and Twilight acting just as I would expect them to act in these circumstances.
Anyway, just wanted to pop off this quick blog before the weekend.
