Fimfiction, why it taking so long for my story to get approved? · 1:52pm Sep 18th, 2012
Whelp, I submitted My Roommate is a Vampire:Echoes of the Past, at eight PM last night, and it is still waiting for approval. So I'm gonna try resubmitting it, so I can see if I can fix the problem of the infinite wait. If anyone has any suggestions at to what I should do, I'm open.
So I'm hoping that resubmitting it, has worked, and it gets posted soon.

Are you certain you submitted it? I used my IPad earlier, and Fimfiction did NOT register that.
If you use a computer, it is guaranteed to work.

Oh, very well, good luck then.
It took a week for my story to get checked out. I sent them an email asking if they had checked it out yet and their response was my story was placed in the prereaders queue. However, they sent me an email the next day with their rejection, so it felt like by sending an email they finally checked my story out. I would send them an email instead of resubmitting since you only get three chances for submission and I'd hate to see you get two strikes because you resubmitted.

Usually, they send you a no-reply email confirming the submission. On that email is their address. I can give it to you though, its: fanfiction@equestriadaily.com
Make sure you put your fic title in the subject box
Dude that happens to me a lot, to the three stories that I published, it took them 15 hours for them to get approved.
ex: The Sniper; I posted it on 8 am Saturday, and it got accepted until 9pm-10pm the same day.
Yours is probably going to be posted today, somehow...
I just literally posted my first story called "Seasonal Love" anyways how long does it usually take for the approval stage take until your story goes viral?
Kaidan submitted a story at about 9:30 last night. It has yet to be approved. Maybe the mods have fallen behind.
Actually the mods may be sorting through all the crap these bots posted.
