Y'know for a moment there I was scared I'd lost my touch when it came to writing after I took those years on hiatus... this is a really encouraging sign.
Thank you all so much for showing me I've still got it! It's reassuring, and more than a little flattering. Don't think I've really processed it yet, since I basically just woke up.
I won't promise that I'll be able to return to my old projects immediately, or even at all. But I did mean it when I said I was coming back! I've spent too long not doing anything about my passion for writing, and that needs to change.
So, in I come with a brand new story to tell! Please, come and tell me what you think of the beginning to the Coves of Courage!
The pegasus' eyes fluttered open blearily. How long had it been since they closed? Weeks? Months? His coat felt uneven and unkempt, his mane was longer than he remembered, and thick with tangles he could feel without even moving yet. When his eyes adjusted to the low light around him, the dusk seeping in through a boarded up window; everything he had known was coated in moss and lichen. Vines
4463422 While I love Metal Gear I'm more of a fan of its Tactical Espionage Action (which the tagline of most of the franchise's games) games instead of the Tactical Espionage Operations ones. The Tactical Espionage Operations games are in a mission based structure that I don't really like all that much. Now I'm not saying I hate those games nor am I saying they are terrible because I think they are great. I've played a bit of Peace Walker, Ground Zeroes and I finished The Phantom Pain but I won't be replaying them again. They are still some of the best video games I ever played but I like the other games more. The games in the franchise I enjoy more are (I am placing them in chronological order just to let you know): Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (which is a remake of the original Metal Gear Solid), Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
S-spooky...
YEEEEEES!
