Anyone remember this charming story from the pages of Disney Adventures?
What if the crystal housing Solego the Chaos God had NOT been buried under Scrooge McDuck's money bin?
What if Scrooge had Gyro Gearloose try to use one of his experiments to destroy it permanently, only to accidentally send the crystal to Equestria?
What if Rainbow Dash found the crystal, free of its jade prison, and picked it up to give to Rarity for a project of hers?
What if Solego possessed her, intending to conquer this new world, and as a bonus rendering the Elements of Harmony useless without the Element of Loyalty?
The rest of the Mane Six need all the help they can get to free their friend of Solego's possession and banish him permanently.
It'll take a God of Chaos to fight a God of Chaos, and a still-remorseful Discord joins the five in their battle against Solego, hoping to finally earn his forgiveness for betraying his friends to Lord Tirek... and maybe, just maybe, forgive himself as well as become a hero in his own right.
