Haha jkXD No way that I'm going to leave you guys off so easily;) I think the reason why everypony will remember and notify this episode as the "zombie pony" episode is because that part of the episode is the most memorable and entertaining part of the episode. Not that the other parts of the episode were bad, but they were just alright and predictable much like last week's episode. THAT, and the fact that Rainbow's characterization in this episode was interesting in a, well, interesting way. What I mean is...in Griffon the Brush Off, Rainbow was established in a sense to know the certain limits to her pranking thanks to Pinkie. While in this episode, Rainbow seems to forget what she already established in the episode Griffon the Brush Off. However, a good counter to this argument is the fact that it took Pinkie in the first place to remind Rainbow of these limits and Rainbow Dash is known to get carried away, despite having the best of intentions. Pinkie wasn't as strong in this episode compared in Griffon the Brush Off in terms of reminding Rainbow her limits, she was being kinda wishy washy about it. Plus, Rainbow was at the dangerous point of being carried away with her plans and determination on pranking. So, Rainbow couldn't really be persuaded either way unless with the big Zombie prank at the end.
Another thing, while the zombie prank was my favorite part of the episode and it was funny & entertaining in it's own right, BUT I felt the writer and staff could have done a bit more to really build up the suspense of the zombie prank by pointing even more fun at the zombie movie genre. They could have brought up more cliches, and make even more jokes out of the situation. I may not be into zombie movies, but even I (the uneducated fool that I am), can appreciate the fun in teasing those Walking of the Dead fans;) Here, I think Dr.Wolf can discuss my little nitpicks with the episode better than I can:
Oh, I almost forgot to mention another favorite part about this episode:D! This little joke right here just all reminds me of a fan-animation and I don't know why, but I just love this sceneXD!
Is it just me or would this episode done alot better if Discord was the one learning the lesson about pranking, people's sense of humor, and what their limits are & such? Then, we could have had Pinkie, Rainbow, and Fluttershy teaching Discord the lesson. Don't know, maybe it's the Discord fangirl in me;)
Overall, much like last week's episode, I give this baby 7 hearts out of 10 <3 But the score doesn't matter guys cause....THE CHANGELING EPISODE IS NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK!:D

A painful Realization?
I didn't see the episode but after hearing how bad it is, I'll skip it. I agree, it would have been better if the episode was about Discord learning a lesson about pranking, sense of humor, and taking people's feelings of humor in consideration. Because he was evil and naughty before Fluttershy reformed him, we don't expect him to know better. As for Rainbow Dash, we expect more from her. She should know better than to prank on Fluttershy, who has been her best friend since fillyhood.
I was actually hoping they'd get Discord in on the prank
kind of like how I'd hoped Fluttershy would've gotten his help in Scare Master, cuz that would've been awesome
