Prompts for the Art Submission and Fanfic Submissions :

Day One : Distance

Wednesday 19th January 2022

No matter the distance, Fluttershy and Discord will always love one another. Although, sometimes a long distance relationship isn’t easy. Sometimes, even when a couple lives together it isn't easy either. Write a fanfic or draw a picture that embodies the word “distance” in some way.

Day Two : Protection

Thursday 20th January 2022

Both Fluttershy and Discord have a way of finding danger, whether by accident or purpose. However, despite the danger they have to face, these two are willing to protect each other no matter what. Write a fanfic or draw a picture showing how Fluttershy protects Discord, or how Discord protects Fluttershy, or how they both protect each other at the same time.

Day Three : Treehuger

Friday 21st January 2022

Some couples have a third wheel, right? And Treehugger is the perfect third wheel for the Fluttercord situation! Whether Discord likes it or not. Write a fanfic or draw a picture showing Treehugger inserting herself into Fluttershy and Discord’s love life.

Day Four : Halloween

Saturday 22nd January 2022

Nightmare Night might not be Fluttershy’s favorite holiday, but Discord probably has a way to cheer his beloved up during this time of the year. Write a fanfic or draw a picture of how our favorite couple celebrates Nightmare Night/Halloween.

Day Five : First date

Sunday 23rd January 2022

What would a first date look like for Fluttershy and Discord? Will it be chaotic? Will it be utterly romantic? Will they both be complete and utter messes? Probably the last one.

Write a fanfic or draw a picture of your ideal first date for Fluttershy and Discord.

Day Six : Alternative ending

Monday 24th January 2022

It's already been 2 years since the ending of MLP. What did you think of the ending Fluttercord got? Are you happy with it or would you have liked to see something else?

Draw or write a fanfic of how you would have liked to see Fluttercord in the end.

It can be a general ending idea of their relationship or a particular scene you would have liked to see between them. Go nuts and have fun!

Day Seven : Free day

Today is the day that you get to write or draw whatever themed Fluttercord masterpiece that your little heart wants! So go nuts! Have fun!

Day Eight : Truth Serum (taterforlife)

Sure, sometimes a lie is easy to take, but are they easy to hide? Not when you’ve got a truth serum involved! Today you get to take Fluttershy and Discord and throw a whole lot of honesty into the equation via a truth serum. Does one intentionally take or give the serum? Is it accidental? Where does one get a truth serum from anyways? Either way they get a day to speak in unfiltered truths and we get to see what juicy secrets come to light.

Day Nine: Odd Combinations (A M Shark)

Ever encounter something unusual or really far out there? Something crazy, but just crazy enough you find it actually works? Well, today is about working with a strange combination of ideas. Your job is to put the odd couple in a scenario that doesn't seem like it would fit either them and/or the world of MLP and see if you can make it work. Today is about creating something oxymoronic in nature and letting it make sense.

Day Ten : Swap

Today’s a day for switching things around! So, what would happen if we swapped Fluttershy and Discord’s genders, species, bodies, abilities, ect? Well, that’s for you to decide! It's time to mix and match by writing or drawing a swap between these two in any sort of way you can think of!

Day Eleven : Music

Saturday 29th January 2022

Music tells stories, and today’s goal is to tell your own story inspired by music. There are a couple ways to do this, one option is to pick a favorite song, any song, and let it inspire today’s drawing or story. If you want more of a challenge, put your favorite playlist on shuffle and create something inspired by the first song that plays. Either way, let the music lead you, and see what happens.

Day Twelve : Comfort

Anyone need a hug after a long day? I know I do, and I’m sure our favorite duo feels the same sometimes. We know that Fluttershy and Discord can always lift each others' spirits and help each other feel safe, it’s what they do. Today, write or draw a story of comfort and warmth. Simple enough. Because some of the best moments in life are the simple ones.

Day Thirteen : Stars

There are so many phrases and concepts revolving around the stars that can and have inspired stories, sayings like ‘when you wish upon a star,’ ‘written in the stars,’ ‘star-crossed love.’ There are so many ways to allow the beauty of the stars to be a part of the stories we tell. Today, use the stars in whatever context inspires you. So write or draw about Fluttershy, Discord, and the stars.

Day Fourteen : Fanfic appreciation
