Current Story Priorities · 5:18am Jul 9th, 2016
Howdy, folks!
Well, yesterday was the first time in 5 months that I've uploaded a chapter for anything, and it marks what I hope will be the first of many chapters getting released. I've long been stuck on what I should do with PonyFall, and if the comments are any indication, I made the right choice. This has motivated me to fix some long-standing issues with what I've written or promised to write.
The idea here is that I'm working on my oldest stories first and bringing them to a conclusion. The catch is that I'm working on the oldest stories that are currently published to the site. The long-awaited sequel to The Day My Beard Turned Into Pinkie Pie, for example, is not a priority because it currently doesn't exist. Finishing up PonyFall, however, is a priority.
So here's a list of what I plan to work on, and in what order. Bear in mind that I may very well work on more recent projects if I feel the need to, but the main idea is to get the oldest stories finished up first.
Priority List:
PonyFall: Australia - Bring it to a more satisfying conclusion.
Lyra's Ultimate Item Emporium - Finish the story.
Imaginary - Finish and post its sequel, Ever After Never Came (about 1/5 of the way finished atm)
If Only In My Dreams - Write a sequel one-shot.
Sweetie Belle and the Journey to the Kingdom of the Frogs - Finish the story.
Once the above stories are complete, there are a few more things I need to work on:
To Dream Again - Decide whether or not to continue (The story is very similar to the episode Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep, though I began writing it well before that episode aired. Might not be worth releasing)
The Kindness of Death - Have long wanted to write this, but other things kept popping up.
And once those two are dealt with, I have some other things I've pondered:
The Day My Beard Turned Into Pinkie Pie - Write a sequel
Sanctuary - This was an epic MLP/Diablo crossover that I wrote an entire history for, so it would be a shame to have it go to waste. I've wanted to write this one more than anything else, but I have a bad habit of taking on too much at once.
The Final Element - I promised a rewrite of this years ago, and have yet to deliver on it. Need to sort out existing stories first, though.
And that's it! Some of these might never see the light of day, or maybe I can somehow get them all done. What's important is how I proceed from here. I think it just makes sense to finish what I've already started first, THEN have a look at sequels and new stories.
Is there anything in particular you guys and girls are looking forward to? Do any of you still even read these updates? (Lol)

Sanctuary - I do remember the prologue. It would be wonderful to read the story.
Lyra's Ultimate Item Emporium - this story is definitely nice, but I think it needs really frequent updates (like once a day or two) to be appreciated in full...

Yeah, I've pretty much been waiting for a beard sequel ever since I first discovered you. Always knew it might never happen since it was backburner and that's just the way of fanfiction, so nothing's really changed there.
Still, a guy can dream!
