Wow, no comments on my idea yesterday? Nopony likes it? Nopony hates it? Well, I will just continue to use them as ideas for Gel and his friends to run into.

Played some more 5e DnD today, and at level 4 I am finally starting to feel like a character that would otherwise be level 1 in pathfinder. I can heal my group a little, keep them alive and be able to give a monster a bop on the head at the same time. Who knows, maybe by the time I am level 10 I will feel able to heal as much as a level 5 life oracle...

Comics today will be the cool Grrl Power. A slight warning, boobs are 'comic boobs', so expect them prominent but still safe for work, given you read comics at work. I actually am a patron of this one, I quite like his style and silliness.

Pathfinder turned the 3.5 power-creep up to 11.

5e tries to go the opposite way and flatten out the power curve. You *do* still get way more powerful by level 7-8 but nothing as dramatic as any of the 3e variants.

I like it but it's not very popular in my group. I think we're probably going to try one of the new star wars games next.
