* Celestia x Shining Armor Crackship: The night before the Canterlot Wedding, Celestia begins to suspect that Twilight might be right about “Cadance’s” identity. She orders Shining Armor to help her with a late-night task, in order to keep her away from the still-disguised Chrysalis. Chrysalis, suspecting the gig is up, tries to hurt Celestia any way she can--in this case, by magically manipulating Celestia’s desperate loneliness and her own near-complete control of Shiny into forcing the two to have sex. This poisons Celestia’s relationship with both Cadance and Twilight (and maybe even shuts down the love-shield?)--and things only become more complicated with Celestia becomes pregnant.
* Days Of Future Past kind-of Crossover: A mysterious, gold-and-red Stranger appears in Ponyville and demands to speak to the Princess. When the Mane 6 gather, she (the Stranger) demands their help in assassinating an evil pony; instead, Twilight locks her up. That afternoon, Flim and Flam hold a sort of tech demo in the town square, revealing their invention of a smaller, more efficient steam engine. When the Stranger realizes she’s missing the show, she becomes truly desperate, and Twilight realizes that it might not be an act; the Stranger reveals herself to be Fluttershy from the Flim and Flam future, where the proliferation of consumer-grade steam engines destroys the environment (and stains her coat and mane a darker shade). Twilight et al. try to re-teach Future Fluttershy the magic of friendship while finding some way to help save her home. [Note: this Fluttershy might not know the Mane 6, and probably has a different cutie mark--which, of course, would make things more difficult]
* “Blinders”: An experiment goes wrong and explodes, blinding Twilight. Now unable to use both her eyes and her magic, Twilight thinks her life is over--until her friends show up and help her out.
