Just a quick, unexpected blog from this dried up wannabe writer saying to his watchers/followers to add me on Facebook. The name is Stephen Hermes Massey and I'll be happy to catch up with folks over FB Messenger as I can no longer work with Skype (basically, the brain won't let me multitask when Skype is involved). Long gone are the days when I feared to allow bronies and pegasisters to connect with me in the same place as my family. If you already have me on there under that name, then just hit me up for a chat anyway. This blog will be considered a success if just one new person adds me.
As an added bonus bit of info, I might be sucking a little too bad at university for the second time in a row soooooo there's a chance I might decide to get back to writing. Whether or not this is the case though, I'm just gonna add another chapter to Taking Pen from Paper. Possibly one that hasn't properly been looked at by others but fuck it, you know?

4020986 Like the blog says, I may have fucked myself over at university just like last time but I've made some solid friends here in Newcastle that make me wanna stick around no matter the outcome of my pursuit of further education. Found me a wonderful lass back in February who I didn't try to hide anything from, which seems to have paid off as we're still dating. Before meeting her I discovering I wasn't as straight as I once thought. Newcastle has played host to maybe an awkward moment between me and trans peeps. Most are friends still so no real problem there.
Going back to the gf though, she's quite into travelling so I may be encouraged to revisit the states, even if only for Bronycon. Hell, she's threatened to go without me while visiting a friend of hers who doesn't live too far from Baltimore apparently.

4021113 She's not actually one of us, believe it or not. She's just a Christian. No specific kind either. Just 'Christian'. She's respects my agnostic stance too. Doesn't attempt to convert. She sound, through and through. Haven't shown her any of my writing yet, though. Did show it to a few of the local bronies that gather in the city's geek cafe though. Avid MLP CCG players, along with BUCK and Shipfic. They're a good part of why I wanna hang around here.
