6) Wrapping Up
Equestria is one of those states which is a requirement to maintain our sovereignty on this planet. France is at this time the only country representing humanity on this planet and it is our utmost duty to protect human dignity and human rights as long as France still stands. Our policies during and after the Cold War will not be suitable on this new world and we need a new doctrine of foreign policy to not only ensure French security and sovereignty, but also improving our relationship with Equestria and our allies in the process. For if Equestria or our other allies decided that France is a threat to them, we would have a major existential crisis on our hands as France is practically surrounded by major powers as well.
We will stand alone if we have to, but it is better to make friends than to be alone at the top Mr President.
