Welcome to, Vault 20!
Here in this lovely place underground, Stable-Tec and our dedicated staff have embarked on the impossible! Here in Vault 20, over five-hundred dragon eggs have been safely stored and magically incubated to help bring back the dragons after the bombs have fell and the radiation has cleared. We have every single type, breed, color and size of Dragon in the world. Once the doors shut in Mount Normandy in the Crystal Empire province, all Dragons can be assured that their children will be safe and secure in our most reliable shelter in the-7870237-1974704601824

Story number two.
The year is 2989. Pony kind has been sent back into the stone age. No longer can they access their vast assortment of technology, as most of it as alien as the surface as the moon. Celesta is dead, Luna is dead. Not even Princess Twilight nor Princess Cadence or her daughter, Flurry Heart is alive. In this land, the world is vastly different. By different, I mean, it's underwater.
Centuries ago, one day, Discord died to save the world from a calamity that couldn't be prevented. The repercussions of this event of Harmonious sacrifice was met with the sudden collapse of the continental plates, causing flooding around to globe. In order for ponies to survive, they had to do three things: One, become Omnivorous. Two, abandon their former bodies. Three, Dig.
The first one was achieved by genetic mutation modules over the years until we knew nothing about them, nor their intended purpose. The second was caused by magic know as, The Last Experiment of Twilight Sparkle. Or TLEOTS (T-heh-Lee-Oh-Ttss). This did its job in order to adapt to our underwater cities, but the cost was horrific. We lost our fur, our hooves, and we look like a more refined version of a naked Diamond Dog. Our horns were replaced, or should I say, "Moved," to our hands as a special gem on the back. Pegasi kept their wings, but they are a bigger and more proportional to their bodies and our earth pony brothers and sister kept their strength.
The last objective was our reliance to our diamond dog friends. Without their help in tunneling and engineering, we would have all died many years ago. They are our friends and together, we thrive.
But, as I write this brief anecdote about the beginning of our history, Aquarius is being threatened. The prime capital of the underwater sea is attacked by pirates, raiders, gangs and more. What's worse is there is talk of a place that was spared from the water on top of a mountain. A land that is a Haven for all. A secret Eden that could only be reached by a pilgrimage into the abyss.
But no one has ever survived the pilgrimage. Which is the first step to...
Eden.
Ah, Fallout: Equestria.
If you could put a new spin on it, I certainly give it a read! There are an awful lot of FoE stories that copy paste each other...
