So, yeah...This should be interesting.
Anyway, Day 31's twist is if your workout consists of kickboxing, use hand weights and ankle weights and maybe even a weighted vest.
If your workout consists of ordinary techniques like push ups, pull ups and other things, use a weighted vest and ankle weights.
Also, for those of you unaware of this (Which is a lot of you) I'm making a video game with Unreal Engine 4.11.2, the latest update to UE4
Intriguing. Though personally I just switched back to lifting weights. Though I still punch a heavy bag and have the availability to use some hand weights. But with the heavy bag, I'm just trying to get my shocking power up, I'm not trying to wear my arms out while doing it.
