I pondered on the possibility of writing a sequel since I ended the first one with the girls world getting swallowed up by the black hole generator. But now that the season has hit the point where the final space episode has aired I can truly think about the possibility of the Canterlot High Girls and Princess Twilight joining the Turtles as they travel through space with Fugitoid to find the three pieces of the black hole generator.

Considering that the 1987 Turtles use a dimensional rift, I would imagine the Turtles we know coming over to Equestria Proper, find them and bring them along.

If you don't mind, would you please clarify something for me. 'Cause I want to make sure I fully understand. You stated that the sequel is about the CH girls and Princess Twilight joining the Turtles and Fugitoid in the search for the Black Hole Generator, right? If that's the case, that would technically mean the sequel is a retelling of the first half of season 4. I don't mind if it's a retelling. I just need to make sure I fully understand that that's what you're implying, please, if you don't mind.
3894947 Yes, but in truth I won't be using the actual episodes in turtles season four but rather ones of my own leading up to my own take on the last space episode.

One thing you could do is have the story pick up after Trans-Dimensional Turtles where the Hu-mane six are trying to adjust to life as ponies. Cue the hilarious hi-jinks and double the Pinkie. Then have the Fugitoid's ship suddenly crash-land on Canterlot because of...reasons. It is here that the Hu-mane six decide to help out the turtles with their adventures in time and space.
It would be nice to see what both Casey and April would like as ponies (though I would suggest April be a unicorn and Casey be a Pegasus). That and see Mikey's reaction to being in a sugar-coated world filled with magical ponies...and to see how much Raph can take it.
3895271 I actually would like to see how the episodes would turn out if the Main 6+Spike were involved, sure you won't retell it, fanfic stories that have the girls involved in the episodes of popular tv shows have been done before.
