I have a song for you all. · 12:21pm Apr 23rd, 2016
Last night a friend gave me moonshine. Just got out of the hospital an hour ago. It fits! Oh, and have this.
Twilight was nervous, and that annoyed her greatly. She'd gone through the process of becoming a vampony herself, why did it bother her so much that she was going to see her friends experience the same?
'Probably because I wasn't awake when it happened,' she thought. 'A change that substantial is going to hurt.'
'Of course it will,' her Element unhelpfully supplied. 'It won't be unbearable, however. The process is safe and they will be under the influence of several anesthetic spells.'
'Necromancy has anesthetic spells?' Twilight asked, curious.
'No. The process involves both necromancy and magic. Complex, elegant, and beautiful in a certain fashion. I am given to understand that by it's very nature, it must be.'
'That makes absolutely no sense.'
'Hence why I am the Element and you the Bearer.'
Twilight snorted mentally. Her Element had been growing steadily more comfortable speaking with her, and that apparently meant constant sarcasm and playful mockery. 'Hush you, or I'll make a little box to put you in and bury it. Deep.'
She felt a gentle sense of amusement. 'Someday, when you learn to seal away souls, you may be able to briefly make good on that threat. Until then, I shall speak my mind.'
"Twilight," Luna said aloud, snapping her out of her little reverie and bring her back to her comfortable little library home. "You can be of assistance, come."
Twilight nodded. "What do you need me to do?" she asked.
Luna levitated a set of small vials by her side. "Fill these with your blood."
Twilight frowned, but conjured up a small, sharp blade before walking over and taking a vial in her magic. As she cut her leg and began to fill the vial, she asked, "Not that I mind doing this, but what's it for?"
Luna smirked slightly. "Be sure to fill them completely, your magic may not be able to properly focus otherwise."
Twilight nodded absent mindedly, then froze.
