In my opinion, it could have been better. While I'm a little happy that the fears of Apple Bloom from the episode Bloom and Gloom seemed to have come back to haunt her, overall that conflict ended fairly quickly and easily. Although what I am glad about is that this opens the opportunity for future CMC episodes to now show ways of overcoming challenges to get cutie marks or some shit like that.
