what if tow was not kill · 3:21am Mar 22nd, 2016
what if tow used a meme joke to break his long silence?
So, yeah, sorry about that. It's my last semester (hopefully) of college, so I've been pretty busy. To be honest, I've also been really lazy with my free time and spent more time on Youtube than on here or on Skype. Sorry that I've been a butt.
I really wanted to come back and say... something. Anything. I know it's not like you lovely guys and gals sit around all day waiting for me to post things, but I still feel somewhat obligated to broadcast more than just radio static.
Page break to see how many people read these things.
See, part of the problem is that I wanted to share what I learned in writing class, because some of you are newer writers and that's useful information. However, I haven't learned very much, if I'm honest. The professor is a nice lady, but she's not a good teacher. Most of what I've learned has come from the book. (I hesitate to call it a textbook. It's smaller and written more informally than a textbook. It's also flavored with opinions and advice, because writing is an art, and art is not objective.) It's really more of a guided self-learning course, which is still better than flailing around on my own, I suppose. It has gotten me back into finishing stories instead of just writing a billion unfinished drafts.
So... I'm not sure what to post next. It'll probably just be blogs for a while. I don't want to promise any stories when I'm not even working on them.
Some possibilities for the future:
-Some people reminded me that writing livestreams are a thing. I could set one up (or a few, if interest is strong enough) and either write a story with your input, or I could have a sort of Q&A thing and answer your questions about writing or about myself (if for some reason you want to know about me). Or both. I dunno. I'd be pretty flexible about it.
-I could directly answer your questions about writing in a series of blogs. It wouldn't be a big deal to make one or two per week.
-I could post some of the poems and stories I'm working on. Probably just the good ones, although I'd also post the weird/silly/artsy/interesting ones if I was asked to do so. Y'know, with some sort of disclaimer of such. I never guarantee quality.
-I could start a blog on another site to write about my thoughts on writing, including more... age-sensitive topics that I don't feel comfortable posting here. I'm probably going to do this eventually anyway, but I'd just like to see how many people would be interested. It's always better to start with an audience.
-I could post a Q&A here or something. If there's something you want that I haven't mentioned, comment below and I'll see if I can do that.
So that's about it. Let me know which option you'd like in the comments below. Ask me questions! Please acknowledge my existance.
I'm sleep-deprived since I stay up till 4 now for some reason, so I'm gonna crash.
I wouldnt mind watching a writing stream to see how others do it

Well, I tend to improvise things, so you might see either a total trainwreck or something boring or something really, really interesting (if I'm lucky). I'll have some topics prepared if I do that, but I really don't know yet what I'd talk about or what I'd focus on. All I know is that I would do some mix of writing and talking. (Probably out loud, although I don't know if people would like my voice all that much.)
I may not always comment, but I usually do read (or at least skim through) any blog post that pops up in my feed.
Well, I have enjoyed a few poems here and there...
I thought it was spelled existence, with an "e" instead of an "a," but I'll give you a free pass due to sleep-deprivation.3820056
you could do it oligarchy style, having people give you general plot points or characters and writing that the best way you can
