Eventide's gloriously awesome and fascinating tag update!

This is a bit strange for a first blog post, but ah well. XD

I made a small but important change to the story’s tags based on Fullmetal_Pony’s and Professor Plum’s recommendations.

To those of you who would like to know the hows and whys, here’s the gist of it:

I was fairly convinced Eventide ought to be classified as canon-universe. Granted, it is enhanced with Vitamin C and generous doses of headcanon, but there’s nothing in it that directly clashes with what we actually see in the show and comics. And, moreover, the story’s true beginning is firmly anchored in canon events.

Yet, hearing Fullmetal_Pony’s request that the AU tag be added, I thought I’d ask the good Professor for a second opinion. His answer — and I paraphrase: If the story features a retelling of events that is radically different from the way things actually turn out in the show, it should probably be AU, regardless of anything else.

Thus, the way forward was plain to see. I already wrote my letter to Princess Celestia — and tags have been duly corrected. Thank you, Fullmetal_Pony, for pointing this out!
