2016 so far is shite.

I've only just got around to watching Jessica Jones too which I have to say is turning out pretty good to me. David Tennant as the Purple Man is just brilliant.
Then there's MLP with the new 'buy our toys' scheme- I mean baby alicorn.
From what I can gather from the trailers and promos, the big threat for the first episodes is 'The Deep Freeze.'
Really? Just a bit of snow and a storm?
If that's considered a threat to them, Scotland would chew them up and spit them out faster than they could say 'love solves everything.'
Then there's Steven Universe. Honestly I've just been trying to avoid all these leaks popping up. It ruins the anticipation of it all. Watermelon Steven's, Malachite, Lapis and Peridot. It all just kinda ruins the sensation of it all, y'know?
But the shipping between Lapis and Peri is kind of adorbable, I'll give it that. Gay space rocks are the answer to everything these days.

3792901 What I want to see is Lapidot shipping fuel. The only way I see Jasper being redeemed is when she reports back to Homeworld (or tries to anyway) and YD has the same attitude she had with Peri... did I just make a sensible headcanon?!
3792923 There's just something about the show. All the characters, even the ones that had only gotten a total of 5 minutes screen time, are so likable that if anything happened to any of them, even the friggin extras, there would be a 90% chance that the entire fandom would go completely ballistic over it!
Do anything bad to any of the Homeworld Gems and within 12 hours of that episode, at least 3 CN studios would be a pillar of flames!
