Not to my knowledge, Venom has been a constant villian, though technically if you'd count it that Anti venom got rid of the original marvel venom, then yeah, and if 'one more day' deleted him from the timestream which is one of reasons I hate time travel stories then there's another but if you count Antivenom as just venom with the power to cure any disease then no he hasn't died. I'm not that big on the comic aspect of Marvel so take everything I say with a crystal empire of salt.
