I tried so hard to sound posh in my writing that I'm actually a bit embarrassed from reading it just now. I can't believe that that's the first impression I've been giving people.

Good news, I have a chapter all written and basically ready to post. However, my usual editor has been busy recently and hasn't been available to edit for me. If anyone's interested in copy-editing or just prereading and giving me their thoughts, let me know.
The reason for this chapter taking so long, for those who may be curious, is because I took up two hobbies since the last chapter that really have a way of eating away at my free-time, but my enthusiasm for those things has waned, so hopefully I can find the will to get back to writing this story.
