So very, pleasantly surprised. · 3:56am Feb 5th, 2016
Well, much to my surprise in light of the reception for "Reflections: Quiververse Edition", "Wherever You Find Love" is very nearly equal in pageviews with "Six Nights (and a Day) With Sunset". Either I did something right, or the power of bacon-hair is once more my friend, or folks actually prefer my version of the story to the original IDW Holiday Special.
Or all three. I'm not picky.
Anyway, for those curious, I've pretty much broken down the story for "A Shimmering New Year", which will effectively be a direct sequel to "Wherever You Find Love" and my last story to focus on Sunset Shimmer prior to the Quiververse version of "Rainbow Rocks". My thanks to FinalLegendZero for helping me to put things all together and generally being a great sounding board. I'm not starting on it this month, mind you - I've got another story planned first, one focusing upon Princess Luna - but I hope to start on it by the end of April and finish it before the end of the summer.
I for one am looking forward to it.
I told you "Wherever You Find Love" was a good story! I think. Did I? Well, in case I didn't, "Wherever You Find Love" is a good story, not perfect, but then, no story ever is. It is much better than the original IDW comic, that's for sure, even the people that don't like it have to admit that, and I think one of them already did.
Anyway! Good luck with your next story. I eagerly await its arival.
3736906 Thanks, and yes, you did show your approval. As for the next tale, I'm looking forward to getting started on it before the end of this month. I kinda have a little done with it anyway - I'm going to recycle a little from the original version of the epilogue from "Six Nights" into it, though just a little.

You mean how some anime do it, recycle some from a previous episode/story to segue into the new one? Or something a bit different?
3737009 I'm copying a small bit of the text from the old epilogue into the new story. You'll know it when you see it.
