I'd see if she was ok, and then take her to the police to see if they can track parents/address if she was ok. If not, more likely hospital job. If she had to go to the hospital, I'd stick around to make sure she is ok. I would only hug her if she wanted a hug, and I would strive to be as gentle as possible.
